Evolve Learning Manager makes it easy to manage your training programs; allowing administrators to  manage learners, training groups, courses catalogs and certifications with point and click simplicity.  Built-in automation features allow actions to trigger additional  functions to further ease system administration. 

Adding Learners

Learners can be add to the LMS manually, through the Bulk Upload module or through integration with your HRIS.

Adding and Updating Courses

New web-based courses are easily loaded through the "Add New Course" wizard and can then assigned to multiple course catalogs and course offering if desired. 

Updating existing web-based courses is easy and all learners assigned to the courses will have instant access to the new version.  New course files are simply loaded into the existing course and then all course offerings are updated with the lasted course version. 

Assigning Courses

There are several ways that both web-based and instructor-led courses can be assigned to learners.

By Training Group  - Setup course catalogs and Certificates that are assigned to one or several Groups.

	Individually - Training can be setup to individuals by course catalogs and Certificates
	Learner self-registration - Learners can register themselves in courses and course catalogs
	Certifications - can be assigned to training Groups or individuals

Managing Users, Groups and Curriculums

The LMS provides many features that automate administrative tasks.  Simply adding a new learner to the system and assigning them to a Group can trigger automatic a new user email message and course registration email when learners are registered into their training curriculums. 

Automatic course registration

If you set course offerings to auto-enroll then as soon as learners are added to the LMS and their Group(s) they are automatically registered into their training courses.  Automatic email message can be sent to them.

Multilanguage Support

The LMS has the capability to provide Multilanguage translations so learners can see menus in different languages based upon their "culture" assigned in the system.  Customized verbiage can also be created for menus throughout the system.
