Updated with the Omnibus Final Rule this course provides the foundation for understanding the privacy and security regulations and includes the news Omnibus Final Rule requirements for business associates.The course is designed for business associates who need to provide HIPAA privacy and security training to their staffs. These include billing companies, consulting companies, accounting firms, health information organizations, patient safety companies, companies that provide data transmission services, subcontractors to business associates or any other employer that has a business associate agreement with a covered entity or another business associate.
